Who we are
OwO Vault (owobot.store) is an independent shop that sends OwO cowoncy to buyers' Discord accounts by hand. OwO Vault is an independent shop. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord or OwO Bot.
What you are buying
You are paying us to send an amount of cowoncy, the in-game currency of the OwO Discord bot, to the Discord account you name at checkout. Cowoncy has no cash value outside OwO and cannot be exchanged back for money through us.
Placing an order
- The price at checkout is the price you pay. It is worked out on our server, including any volume discount, Vault Level perk or promo code.
- Give the right Discord username and user ID. We send to the account you name, so a typo can send it to someone else.
- Pay with the method you picked, for the exact amount shown, within the time on your order page. Unpaid orders close on their own.
Delivery
Once we confirm your payment, a person sends the cowoncy with OwO. Most orders arrive within a few hours; large orders can arrive in parts. Every step shows on your order page. See the Delivery Policy for the details.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver, you get your money back. The Refund Policy explains how and when.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. You can turn on two-step sign-in in your account settings.
- We will never ask for your Discord password or token. Anyone who does is not us.
- We may close accounts used for fraud, chargebacks on delivered orders, or abuse of our team.
Vault Levels and unlocks
Levels, XP, coin designs, themes, titles and relics are free extras inside this site. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or moved. Perks like loyalty discounts apply to future orders while they are offered, and we may change them with notice on this site.
Using OwO
OwO has its own rules for its players. You are responsible for how you use OwO and your Discord account.
Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Orders follow the terms in place when they were placed.
