You get a full refund when
- We confirm your payment but cannot deliver the order.
- You cancel a paid order before we start sending it.
- We delivered less than you paid for and cannot send the rest. You get back the part that was not delivered.
How refunds are paid
To the same method you paid with, where it allows it. For crypto, we refund the same coin to an address you give us, at the amount you paid in your order's currency. Refunds are usually sent within 3 working days of being approved, and your order page shows when it is done.
Delivered orders
Once cowoncy has been sent to the account named on the order, it cannot be taken back, so delivered amounts are not refundable. That is why your order page shows every transfer as it happens. If you think something did not arrive, open a ticket and we will check our records with you.
Wrong Discord account
Please check the account at checkout. If you spot a mistake, tell us before delivery starts and we will fix it.
